buying tickets at hotel?

We are Florida Residents. We are buying the FL annual passes. We have booked a night at Royal Pacific.

1. Can we buy our passes there?
I tried to buy them online, but it said I'd either have them FedExed (not enough time) or would need to go to Will Call. I seem to remember buying them at the hotel last time we did this.

2. If we get to the hotel super early on day one, can we get in early? Or is that only after we've spent a night (so, day two)?

Will Call just means a kiosk, and there are kiosks at the hotels. Super easy.

You have access to perks like early entry from checkin day to midnight on checkout day. All you have to do is be there in time to get checked in, get the express pass made, bags stowed, and walk/jitney/boat to the park!
