If I buy 1 day tickets online can I get inside the park with the printed ticket or do I need to take it to the booth to get in? I really don't want to have to go to the a ticket booth when I get to the park tomorrow and trying to find a way to save time and buy tickets today.

Thanks,

James G!

If you buy the ticket through Disneyland.com and opt for the print at home (eTicket) option, then you can take the print out directly to the turnstiles. They scan the paper print out and then exchange it for the standard credit card sized ticket right there at the turnstile.

This is how I always buy my tickets -- it's an easy process at the turnstile and I've never had any problems.

Does anyone know if the print out from orbitz work the same way or do you need to take them to the ticket window first?

Yes, Orbitz vouchers need to be exchanged for tickets at the ticket windows. My experience is that the windows on the Harbor Blvd side of the Esplanade have shorter lines than the DTD side. You can also exchange the vouchers at the onsite hotels if staying there.

We're buying our tickets through aRes. The printed vouchers will need to be exchanged for tickets. My understanding is that we'll be able to do that the night before. We're getting in the night before (staying offsite, but close) and plan on having some drinks at Trader Sam's, wander DTD, and exchange our vouchers. Can anybody confirm this?
