Hi, I've got a few questions:
I am renewing and upgrading my own So Cal. Select annual pass to a regular So Cal. pass and I want to buy one for my 5 year old neice who lives in So. Cal also, in Torrance. It's a christmas/birthday present and will be her first pass. We then will both have the regular So Cal pass at $239.
1: Do I use my address or hers? Do I need any proof of residence for her? She will be going Sunday, Jan. 2nd.
2: Jan. 2nd will be blocked out so she would need to pay extra to get in... Am I right?
My current So Cal. Select pass expires Jan 4th with Sunday, Jan 2 blocked out. How much do you pay to get in on a block out day?
Is there a way to apply the block out fee towards buying my new So Cal Annual pass even though Jan. 2nd is also a block out day for the new upgraded pass?
Also If I renew on-line how long does it take to have the character pass mailed to you?
Thanks for any help.

I suspect this is the case because when we had DAP's we went 1 blackout day and had to purchase 4 blackout passes, as we were purchasing them the CM helping us said "If you decide to upgrade to a PAP you can use the amount that you are paying for these blackout passes towards the upgrade". That was a couple of years ago but I imagine it's the same deal now.
