Not unless you do a vacation package through Disney (so hotel and tickets). Then you get six months from each charge you make for the package to pay it off, zero percent interest.
Yeah, the Disney Visa is kind of a dud after the spend limit is met for the sign-up bonus. But you can get 10% off of some restaurants and shops while there, so that's nice. And 15% off of tours. And the special meet-n-greets, of course.

Nothing for buying tickets direct. You may have luck using it to buy discounted gift cards (either at like Sams Club or through Raise) then loading those gift cards onto a DVA to get the DVA bonus and then buying the tickets that way. Not sure if that still works, but that used to be an option.
If you are a DVC member and don't plan to visit WDW during Easter or Christmas or any of the water parks then you can get the special Gold annual pass just for DVC members. Easter and Christmas are the only blackout dates. Here is the latest offer just released
Walt Disney World is offering a few additional perks for its annual passholders to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort. Beginning October 2, anyone who purchases an annual pass by January 3, 2017 will get an extra month on their passes – 13 months for the price of 12.
Passholders will also receive 20% off food and non-alcoholic beverages at 45 restaurants across property. Included restaurants are not just table-service, but several quick service locations as well. Find the whole list here. This discount is good through September 30, 2017.
