My computer just dropped from over an hour to 38 minutes! Phone was down to 9 minutes , but went up to 10. The other device (the one I clicked last), is still at over an hour. Maybe it gets shorter as people with multiple devices get in with one and drop out of the waiting list on the others.

My cousins changed to 47 mins then 33 mins from over an hour. So already getting progress. Mine still says over an hour. And now it says 30 mins...

Have to wonder if all of us just used one device to wait in the queue if the wait times might be more reasonable!! All those devices in the queues make it longer!!

Random assignment to the queue encourages multiple devices if it was first click, would be no point.

I’m still at an hour, my daughters dropped to 21 minutes. This daughter clicked in much later than me so it must be random. The one who clicked before me is still at an hour. It must be random.
