DVC ownership may be willed to heirs, so a simple modification of her will would accomplish what is needed. The ownership could also include other family members on the original deed with right of survivorship. Be careful with that concept though, as any change in the financial situation (in the case of bankruptcy or divorce of one party on the deed) could adversely affect everyone on the deed. Minors cannot be added until they reach age 18 (I think 18 is the age).
OKW purchases thru DVC directly all include ownership thru January 31, 2057. At this time, few (if any) resales include the additional years.
