Buying gift cards with cvs card/coupons?

I get a lot of "4$ off next 20$ or more purchase" or extra care bucks good for x amount off any purchase occasionally with my cvs card. Can these be applied to buying a Disney gift card at cvs?

No, I believe those specifically state does not apply to giftcards on the bottom.
