Buying Genie+ / ILLs for others in my planning party

Question about payment for Genie+ and ILLs through MDE:

I have an upcoming trip with two families traveling together (my family and my cousin's). I'm coordinating all the touring plans for everyone and will be the point person making Genie+ reservations and purchasing ILLs.

If I'm grabbing an ILL for Rise, for example, for everyone in my family and my cousin's family - my question is - does Disney charge *my* card for all the ILLs or do the ILLs purchased for my cousin's famiy charge to the card they have saved on their account?

You will be charged for all of them.
