Buying from WDW Merchandise

I have some questions on buying merchandise from WDW.

Can they get any items you request that are available at WDW shops? Do they charge any additional surcharge, FL sales tax ... are shipping charges reasonable?

If shipped out of state (except to California) there is no sales tax added.

There are no surcharges.

Shipping is not cheap, but it does include packing as well as shipping by your choice of method (Air, ground, etc.). Shipping fees are based on the total dollar amount of the purchase and are in brackets; for example a $10.00 item may cost the same to ship as a $100.00 item, then a higher price of $101.00.

I have been dying to get some more h2o lotion. The grapefruit/bergamot kind. Cant find it anywhere online. Do you think i can call wdw merchandise!?!
