Buying DVC is like buying a car

I am loving DVCCanadian's analogy that buying DVC is like a car. It depreciates accordingly so best to use it. Coincidentally, I used my future new car budget to buy DVC instead and now I'm saving up again for a new car.

It made me wonder some fun things. For the comments, what car would be akin to Boardwalk? to Beach Club? to Aulani? etc.

Does the car you drive seem similar to your dvc home resort?

BLT vibe for sure. Not a new car, but 'new to us' last year when we traded in an earlier 'new' model.
