Buying DVC at Bay Lake Tower

Hi guys, was wondering what the entry level costs are to purchasing a DVC at Bay Lake Tower. Is the lowest points still 150? What kind of incentives would I get through Disney? How much does it really cost including closing costs? Thank you very much for you help.

You can buy less points via Resale and become a member. this would be a good way to start & you can always add on. the timeshare Store has many listings for BLT and they are great to deal with! They have great info on their site as well. They are a sponsor of this board, click the link at the top.
