I have been able to order from Sam's Club online with the prepaid Visa and Amex cards. I think it varies by retailer.
If you're asking about a normal Visa debit, like the one issued by your bank, then definitely!

Use the prepaid Visa GC to purchase something that you planned to buy anyways (like groceries) and then buy the Disney Gift Card with the money you saved.

I get prepaid Visa through Swagbucks and use them on shop Disney to purchase gift cards.

Thank you for this! I didnt know disneystore did e cards. I like to get the visa gc from sb because they are discounted. I was using the visa gc for something else and then "saving" the money to get the dgc from target, but either i forget or use it or whatever trying to build it up to higher amount. I would rather use the visa gc right away for a dgc.

I like to get the dgc and combine them to use to pay for our trips. You can make a payment towards the trip with the visa gc, but im always worried something will happen, I will need to cancel and the refund will be messed up with a bunch of little virtual visa payments.
