Buying corporate tickets and MB?

If someone buys corporate tickets from their company (it is a pay for three days get four free deal too good to turn down) how do they get the magic bands? They are staying at the Contemporary I believe....definitely on property, in august so we have time to iron this out for them. Thanks

The Resort reservation should already be in their MDE account. The corporate tickets will need to be linked to their account (using the ticket confirmation number) once the tickets are linked successfully - the option to customize Magic Bands will become available on MDE. Once customized, the bands will ship to the address on the MDE account if living in the US.. Or waiting at the front desk at the resort at check in upon arrival if traveling from outside the US
