Buying Cellphones question...

DD13 hates her cellphone she received for Christmas...and I don't blame her its really hard to use sometimes. She does not have a smartphone and so the selection for "non smartphones" with verizon is very slim. She likes her env touch she had before alot better but it was ran over by car and although it still works it is barely together with exposed wires So I thought I would try to find her another env touch....where do you buy cellphones? I looked on ebay but have never bought off ebay and didn't want to get a phone that doesn't work or something...and really don't want to spend ton of money on it. Thanks

If you buy a phone from eBay, be sure to look closely at the person's reviews and ranking. If there is a problem with the phone you want someone who will stand behind it.

Craig's List is another place to buy a phone. You can go by a Verizon store and have the phone checked before money is exchanged. Any honest seller should be fine with that.
