Buying a sofa

We are looking to buy a new fabric sectional for our home. Looking to spend under $1500ish. Any recommendations for where to shop? We are located in Southern California and want to sit on the couch before buying it.

Lazyboy would be my first stop.

Believe it or not, try La-z-boy. Our style is generally clean lines, no patterns, think Pottery Barn. And we do have some furniture from there. However, we recently tried La-z-boy and were pleasantly surprised at the selection! Way more than just recliners or sectionals with cup holders that recline.

We were shocked! I am going to go back and look for some kind of smallish sectional for a living area in my basement after the first of the year.

You could check out Interior Define. It's an online business, but they have a guideshop in LA where you can sit on couches and test out configurations.
