Buying a princess dress from BBB on the Wish

Niece doesn't want a BBB appointment because she's not interested in the hair/make-up/nails. She just wants to go in and pick out a princess dress. It doesn't look like there's an appointment option for that and, really, all we'd need an employee for is ringing up the purchase. But Is that something you can do - just go in without an appointment and buy a dress? If you can't buy it from the BBB, are the dresses available for purchase in one of the shops somewhere else on the ship?

I've seen some and I've also seen the prices. You could buy it cheaper before the cruise and then surprise her once on board. Put it on her bed with a note as if it was delivered to her from Mickey.

If you are sailing on the Magic or the Wonder, the Sea Treasure store has almost nothing but princess dresses.

I've seen on a couple YouTube Vlogs where one of the smaller stores has ALL princess dresses. I'd also urge you to take a look around for dresses before you get on the ship. They'll be much more economical and IMO they look nicer than the ones offered at the BBB.

I found some really cool ones a couple times at the Disney store at my local outlet malls.
