There are about 5/6 reputable brokers who specialize in dvc resales. I would buy from any of them, and focus solely on the contract, property, price, number of points and use year that I'm looking for.
Some of the brokers are great at customer service, others are hard to reach/communicate. Regardless, they are legit.
The resale companies that come immediately to mind are timeshare store, fidelity, dvc resales or resales dvc, dvc Magic resales (I think).
