So why didn't I celebrate the BIG 3-0? Well because this lovely young lady decided to come the world a full 3 weeks early!
So me and my husband decided that my big 3-0 celebration should be put on hold for a bit.

Both of us LOVE HP. I am the reason he likes the stories. (ladies, Isn't that usually how it happens?) well when I realized the park would be open this summer for sure I said, "book it!" But what about the child? Well the in-laws are trying to convince us to leave her with them I can't leave my precious baby girl for 7 days and why on earth would I!

So we're taking the baby to Florida, in July, for 7 days.
have we lost our minds? Probably, but who cares we are going to Universal to see the WWoHP! Because I'm 30 years old, I just had a baby and damn it I need a vacation!

All aboard to Hogwarts!

I'm aboard, it sounds like fun. We're going in May and hoping for a soft opening.

Sorry for the delay!

Dh'd brother is getting married in two weeks and it's been INSANE!
Without further ado BABY CLOTHING!
Without a doubt baby clothing is amazing! If i wasn't already a shopaholic having a daughter has exasperated the problem further.:rotfl:

Thanks to the Disboutiquers I've learned how to make bows! So there will be matching bows for each outfit. I'm hoping to sew one outfit and make a few tutu's of my own too.

So...Ella's wardrobe for vacation
Here is the bag we will be using

It's a Petunia Picklebottom

it is one of three we use currently and we love it! There is a ton of room on the inside and it's convertible from messenger bag to backpack. It even has clips so you can hang it from the stroller too.
As for stroller we are going to by a MacClaren and we live near the outlet so we will be visiting before the trip.

Here is her evening jacket.

It's terry cloth so it will still be breathable. $7.00
DANCING SHOES!
Ok she won't be walking by then but I couldn't help it! They were like $3 at the end

more to come.....

Everything looks like its coming together! My husband often says he is grateful that we don't have girls. I think this may just mean he thinks I shop a lot. :confused3 I like to pretend to be really organized, but I never get it all together till the last minute.

Sorry if I don't make sense or my comments seem really random; I blame the cold/sinus medication. I should never type while under the influence!:scared1:

I gave birth 5 months before I turned 30, found a new job with a 3 month old, and then moved to a house with a 9-month old. Take your vacation and have a blast, 30 can be a busy year!

And what a beautiful baby! I'm sure she will enjoy her stylin' wardrobe!

I'm so sorry it's so blurry i took it with my iphone while squatting. Vacation pictures won't be like this I swear!
A little balloon dress I snag while Babies R Us was having it's fill a bag sale!

So yesterday we put another $200 down on the vacation!! So exciting! I also booked some of our meals. It does bother me a bit that US doesn't link your dining reservations with your other reservations. (If I'm wrong someone tell me please) So I put everything into the Iphone. How did I live without the iphone?!?!?!:rotfl:
July 25- Margaritaville at 7pm I like Jimmy Buffet and the menu looks awesome. I wanted a nice late meal for the first night there. Buffetville really seems like a a place you can wind down at.
July 26 - This is our 2nd anniversary! So i reserved dinner at 730 at Tchoup Chop. My parents will have Ella for the night.
July 27th- RISE AND SHINE!:yay: Three Broomsticks breakfast at 9am. I'm hoping the house elf(s):wizard: go all out!
July 29th 230 lunch at Mythos. I've never been but I've heard great things.

Aww, those swimsuits and outfits are too adorable!! I have two boys so I must confess I'm feeling a little girl envy here.

Oh, it's gonna be ugly if I ever get a granddaughter. Pink. I'm buying her tons and tons of pink!! :cutie:

*Edited to add*

Oops, I forgot to say what a total, TOTAL cutie your daughter is!!! Talk about adorable. She's precious, congratulations!!

You are going to have so much fun and she is a cutie. Having girls are fun to dress up but you do get to also deal with all the emotional stuff. But even that is all worth it.

I love Tchoup Chop and I don't see it much on here. I watched it being built on TV and went to eat there right after it opened. I have been back each time I go.

We have our ressies in June. We love the chef's menu. For one price you get petite dishes of the chef's favorites each with a glass of wine to go with it. For those who just can't decide and don't really want to.

You may want to also splurge on a cabana for a day. I am not sure which hotel you said you were staying in but with going in July and having you baby, it would be nice protection from the sun.

Larrabe- THANKS! I love pink! I decided to do her room in purple though. It has a Princess and the Frog theme. I was so excited about the movie! It is now one of our favorites. MIL had 2 boys so she goes CRAZY when she buys Ella clothing. Always girly, always pink. Also somehow there is always a wardrobe change.
Skuba2-Thanks for the info on TC. I'm very excited about it!

My last time in FL was 2008. We were on our honeymoon and we stayed at Coronado Springs. It is definitely one of my favorites for sure. You really do feel like you are in Mexico, well at least a Disney version. :rotfl2:
Well I love the feeling of being somewhere else while on vacation. Does that make sense?
So where should we stay?
Lowes Royal Pacific sounded nice but would it meet the check list?
Comfortable atmosphere?

OK I guess we are staying at RP!!!:dance3:
So excited!

WE BOOKED A CABANA!!!
Total $ 200 not bad for 9-11PM in my eyes! YEAH!! I feel so glamorous like I should have a huge black hat, shades and a sexy swimsuit....puckerup:
AHH VACATION!

Your post is good timing! I'm trying to decide between INSANITY and the P90X system. Would INSANITY be better for toning? (I tend to get bulky if I overdo the weight lifting.) My goal for our September trip is to enjoy myself at Wet & Wild without worrying about the person behind me in line seeing my jiggly booty! :rotfl:

I've done both and they are both really good. There are no weights for INSANITY. It's MASSIVE i mean MASSIVE interval cardio so you are burning calories and shredding/tearing while losing weight. I feel like P90 was a lot less cardio in comparison.
With both though you need a good amount of exercise room/ceiling clearance and a sturdy floor. I have wood floors and when i'm jumping the entire house shakes. I kind of wish I could do it outside. :lmao:
I just want to be in shape and wear a tankini or modest two piece I'm not looking to be a VS model! I'm also cutting sugars and only 20-30 carbs per meal. I'm basically following the diet they gave me when I had gestational diabetes. I lost 15lbs while pregnant and I wanna keep going! GOOD LUCK! Let me know which one you pick.

WHOA! I haven't written an Update in FOREVER!

Ella is 5 months yesterday!!! I can't believe that it went by soooo quickly!
SO we are booking airfare this week. My train of though is leave early to get there and stay mid afternoon on the departure day. So right now I'm looking at a flight on Southwest that leaves at 8:35 AM and gets to Orlando at 1130am Just in time to get off the plane and wrangle baggage find our driver (which I need to book still) and get there for check in. The departing flight I'm looking at on the 2nd is at 11:50 AM which will get us home at 2:35 PM. I'd like to stay later but I'm not sure how the child will be.

Changing our dates worked out so much better than I could have imagined.

So currently I'm in the process of making our week itinerary and shopping checklist!!! I know that US doesn't need too much planning but i want to make sure we have an idea.

So Far:
Tuesday AM- Nice easy day. Getting off the plan meet up with my parents who are hopefully going to be able to get a flight that comes in close to ours. We will take a long survey of the hotel. We will more than likely use the day to get Ella used to her new surroundings and comfortable with the weather. We will definitely visit Universal Studios since it's a little more low key I think and easier to get around. If there is something open with easy wait time we might go in or let my parents go.

Next post will have the shopping list fill free to add any suggestions!
