hi does anybody know if april is a good time to go regarding big crowds, i would like to go when it is not too busy, or what is the best time to go when it is not too busy.

It will be very busy just before and after Easter, which is in April this year. Early February (before President's day) is a slow time to go.

The week before and after Easter are both very busy (spring breaks).

The end of April is busy because the ticket promotion (everyone plays at the kids' price) ends then. Lots of people buy the cheaper ticket and have to use them by the end of April.

We went this year just AFTER the promotion ended (last day of April into the beginning of May), and it was lovely. I read on these boards that the weeks prior were very busy.

I would advise early March or early May- not April. The spring break crowds are typically pretty big. If you really want April, I would plan for the end of the month.
