Headed to the parks Tuesday/Wednesday this week. Right now reservations are only available Tuesday 4/4 for DL start and no reservations available for Wednesday.

We bought parkhoppers and have reservations. But our companions bought one park only and only plan to do two days at Disneyland (long story on their thought process!)

Am I correct that it’s unlikely they’ll be able to add the hopper? That would negate their reservation for Wednesday and they’d be stuck, right?

Good news is that the weather looks much better than my last day trip in February. Looks like we’re hitting a nice-but-not-too-warm sweet spot.

Do they already have their reservations? Adding a hopper negates your previous reservations (both days) so if they are wanting to explore this I would go to a ticket counter and talk with a CM there. There may be something a live person can do.

Thanks, that’s what I thought. They do have reservations (thank goodness!).

If they end up inquiring about adding the hopper, I’ll report back if they were able to.

I honestly don’t know why they make it so hard to make more money, LOL.

Now I see park is sold out all week. Eek! Packing my patience as we speak. Flight leaves in a few hours!

I just added on a hopper to an old ticket of mine and had to speak to a live person since it can't be done via chat. My general plan was just to speak with someone at the gate (like the above), but since I didn't wait too long on the phone (and it was close to the 3pm PDT push time - the ticket updates are only pushed twice a day) I was able to add in the hopper and reservation in a 45 minute span.

It might be easier if it's pretty close to the day of to do it in person since it's not as simple as just speaking with someone over the phone due to having to wait for the twice a day ticket update to make the reservation.
