Busy Signal All Day And Night!

Can anyone get thru to DCL right now? I've been trying multiple numbers from 8 a.m. yesterday until 9 last night and only got a busy signal. Tried again just now and the same thing. Not sure of any advantage I get being Silver if I can't get anyone on the line. Can travel agents get thru? Do they have a separate number to call? Is this normal when new itineraries are released?

Yes it worked for me long enough to check out the prices and available staterooms, then fizzled out again! But my TA has my reservation on hold, woohoo!
