Busting at the seams......

Our Disney trip is in 10 days I can hardly contain myself! Our 3 kids HAVE NO IDEA we are going. We have a scavenger hunt planned for the night before for them and I am so excited for that..the looks on their faces when the realize we are going the VERY NEXT DAY I hope I don't blow it, I would be so mad at myself. I guess I will just have to keep coming to the DIS to try and pass the time.

Oh I have been there and done that. It is so much fun!!

We actually got all four of our kids all the way down there and stayed one night off site without them figuring out we were going. (We told them they were just riding along with me on a business trip ) We drove in on the back roads, so they didn't really start seeing the Disney signs everywhere until we were already there, but some how I still convinced them that while we were close to Disney, Mommy would be to busy in meetings with "Very important people" all day and I had not brought our seasonal passes. The following morning we took them to BK for breakfast and broke the news to them that my "important meetings" with "VIP's" were really with them, that they were my VIPs and our meetings were at Disney World. It took them a second or two to figure out I was serious and then they went nuts! We got back in the car, took a left hand turn and less then a mile later we were going through the gates of Disney. Needless to say they were quite surprised and couldn't believe they were that close to Disney without realizing it. It was a great surprise and we all had a blast!

I surprised my kids the one year, only my oldest knew, I told the younger 2 we were going to OCMD. Well we live in PA and surely wouldn't fly to MD, they never questioned me during the 2 hour flight and even after we landed in Orlando they never said a thing. As we passed the signs on the highway to Miami I think it was I told them we were going there but the long way. Pulled into the WDW entrance and they were hysterical. It was so worth it, I'm horrible at hiding it now.

That is so much fun!!!

We did that last year and the kids were beyond excited!!! they ran around the house screaming - we are going to Disney World tomorrow!!!

That is one memory I hope to NEVER forget!!!!
