Busses to parks

How early do the busses start running that are going to the parks? Only because our last day, we want to hit up Chef Mickey's for breakfast. Our flight leaves at 2:40, so I'm figuring ME will pick us up around 11:30ish. So, I was thinking about trying for a dining reservation at 8:00 am at Chef Mickeys. BUT, will the busses be running that early to take us to MK so we can get on the monorail?

Yes - you should be fine - the buses start out for the parks at 6:30-6:40 am regardless of what they tell you on the phone or at the desk.

Unless the parks open earlier than 8 and then they start out even earlier.

FWIW, the walk from the MK bus depot to the MK monorail platform is almost as far as just walking from the bus depot to the CR. While you certainly can use the monorail if you want, it's going to be much quicker just to walk to the CR.
