Busses from AOA

So I'm a little concerned about busses from AOA. I got an email today from Disney saying that busses are only available one hour prior to park opening. What if there's an 8am EMH and we want to leave earlier than an hour? I know we have some days like this. Or do the busses actually run earlier than an hour? We leave in 10 days.

Despite Disney's own commonly distributed information, the buses to the parks start running at 6:30 am. However, these buses are sometimes found to be less frequent than during the rest of the day.
