So after listening to last weeks podcasts I am wondering what is the bus schedule over at the EPCOT resorts? Where do they start the pick up process? Which resort gets picked up first and which resort gets first drop off? We are considering a stay at Boardwalk or Beach Club for next Spring. Any information would be greatly appreciated while we are in our decision process.

The only parks the Epcot resort buses service are Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The other buses routes include Downtown Disney and the water parks.

The 5 Epcot resorts tend to combine on the Downtown Disney bus. The stops are Swan / Dolphin / Yacht / Beach / Boardwalk.

For the parks, the Swan, Dolphin and Boardwalk share a bus. Yacht Club and Beach Club share a bus. Boardwalk seems to always be the last stop before heading to any destination. Beach Club is the last stop before heading to a theme park under the split route.

Boats service transportation to Epcot (International Gateway) or the Studios park.

This past December when I stayed at the Boardwalk Inn and took the bus to the Magic Kingdom here was the sharing process. In the morning it had already went to the Swan & Dolphin because there was people already on it, so after it left the Boardwalk it was off to the Magic Kingdom. In the afternoon when we left the Magic Kingdom the order changed because it first dropped us off at the Boardwalk, then it went to the Swan & Dolphin. Now we didn't take the bus to the Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney so I can't say which other Epcot Resort it shared with, however the buses for the Animal Kingdom always shares with Blizzard Beach and Downtown Disney shares with Typhoon Lagoon.

We stayed at the BC in August. All 5 resorts shared buses (S/D/YC/BC/BWI). They started at S/D and ended at BWI, making all 5 stops. BC was stop #3. It was truly awful. I timed the ride from DTD one evening. 7 minutes from DTD to 1st stop at S/D, 20 minutes from that stop to ours at BC. The bus was packed like sardines and going around all those curves in the parking lots was truly awful.

Its terrible that you spend so much money on these premium resorts and have such terrible bus experiences.

We were at bwv last sept and only road the bus to mk. Then bwv was the first stop and it went to the swan and dolphin after that before heading to mk. I guess the answer to the op's question really is, it depends. :confused3

The only thing I can add is that we've stayed at the Grand Floridian, Poly, the Beach Club, Swan and Caribbean Beach. The Bus wait times for the Poly and Grand Floridian seem to be much shorter than the wait times for the Beach Club and the Swan. They all seem to be shorter than the wait times for the Caribbean Beach. Don't know if any of this is actually true, but it definitely seem that way to us.

It really does depend. When we were at BC in July, the bus to MK started at YC, BC, Boardwalk. We stopped at BW and then the bus was full, so we never went to S/D, but the driver/CM at the stop called for another bus to go there. That was an a.m. EMH morning too.
I honestly can't remember the bus ride back to BC!

I've noticed that the "5 stop hell" seems to be mostly the Downtown Disney route. I've experienced mostly the split routes where Yacht/Beach get their own buses when the destination is a theme park. Especially around park opening and closing.
