I have a business trip in Orlando in January and I have never been to WDW - Disneyland many times but never WDW. So here is my question, I can add one day on to the trip, should I do it and go to WDW? If so, Which Park??? Alternately, I could skip WDW until a time when I can really do it right and just to Universal/Harry Potter on the one extra day.

What do you think?

Since you are on a business trip it's basically a free flight so I would definitely take some personal time off to do something. Since you only have one extra day and have never been to WDW going to Universal might be a good alternative. If you could squeeze out a few more days I would go to WDW, however if you only have one day and want to go to WDW I would go to the Magic Kingdom. I grew up going to Disneyland so visiting the Magic Kingdom is slightly different with not all the same rides but its still my favorite place at WDW.

Thanks! The more I think about it the more I agree with you both. A day at the Magic Kingdom would not be seeing all of WDW but would give me a great taste of how it is similar and different from Disneyland. Oh, now I am excited!!
