Business Managment positions available at DW?

Hi everyone. I'm new to these boards and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'll be attending Penn State this fall and will be majoring in Business Management. I realize that there are many management possibilities at Disney World, but I don't know any specifics. What positions can I expect to be available to me? How does management work at Disney? Do you have to have already worked at Disney, then work your way up, or can you just go straight in from college? What are the best positions, and what's the average pay? Any information that you have regarding this particular major and Disney World would be appreciated. Even if it's not an answer to those questions. Thanks.

A lot of it depends on what you'd like to do -- are you interested in front-line management, human resources, more strategic positions like might be found in finance, org development? What are your specific interests, because the answers to your questions all vary depending on that.

Of course, regardless of what you'd like to do, it always helps to have worked at Disney.
