Business casual

Received an invite to a reception being held by Cristen Haslam, at the Tennessee Residence, it's a special event for spouses of Tennessee National Guard members who are currently deployed.

The reception is 4-6 and says business casual.

So experts......what would you consider business casual for this event?

I work in a very laid back office where we wear jeans, tshirts, capris, sandals, etc.

Help!

I should say that I have not decided that I am going to attend........but in the event that I do.......what should I wear?

Dressy capris, a nice twin set type outfit. Otherwise nice dress pants and a nice top. They don't have to be "suit" nice but just not jeans.

Something along this line with either pants or carpri's
