Generaly what are the busiest times of day at the restaurants for both Lunch and supper? My family and I are used to eating at somewhat unusual hours, and I was thinking of getting my ADR's for some of these off hours, but I'm not really sure what times to avoid.
Thanks

The 'books' and websites say to make dinner reservations before 6 pm and I think after 8 pm. We made all our reservations before 6 and things were pretty busy at most places we ate. In fact, Boma seemed to be thinning out around 6 - 6:30, much less crowded than at 5 to 5:30. Of course, we went during free dining which may affect the numbers.

I agree with the previous posts...If you eat lunch before noon, counter service locations seem to be a lot less hectic. With respect to dinner, we always try and get the earliest seating time we can (around 5:30)...even at the places that book up (like Le Cellier), we have always found that things are less hectic, and more often you are likely to be seated closer to your ADR time...as the night progresses, any problems will be magnified and things can get backed up.

I've found Lunch between 12-2pm & dinner between 5-7pm to be the busiest.

At the 180 day point never had a problem getting 5 pm.
