My upcoming trip in March to WDW will be my first time going without a rental car. I was just wondering how early in the morning do the buses start going from the resorts to the parks? I'm a person who likes to get to the parks just before opening - is that possible with the buses? What about early mornings? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Also, as for the shuttle to WDW from the airport - how long is the longest you've had to wait for it? I was reading in a book that it could take up to 3 hours, has anyone had to wait this long?? Thanks!

Buses begin running from the Resorts approximately 45 minutes prior to Park opening. Buses arrive at the Park approximately 30 minutes prior to Park opening. Guests traveling to Magic Kingdom via bus from Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Disney-MGM Studios will be dropped off at the Transportation and Ticket Center. Buses run until the Parks clear.

The buses Officially startrunning about 45 minutes to an hour prior to the park opening time. That is what is stated, however I have found (at OKW anyway) most of the buses start running between 6:45 and 7am every morning for every park.
