Buses from TTC to parks?

Does anyone know if there are buses from the TTC to the parks or just to the resorts? If to the parks, do they run before the parks open, or do you have to pick those up from your resort? Thank you.

Buses from "MK to MGM" or "MK to AK" leave from TTC.

Buses from MK to resorts leave from "the other side of the pond" from TTC, namely directly from MK.

Not sure when park to park buses start running.
