Buses from resorts to DTD in AM?

Are there buses from the resorts to DTD in the late morning, or do they only start in the afternoon? On my next trip, I won't be checking in until after 1:00am, so I was thinking of starting my vacation with shopping (and a mid-day Ghiardelli's sundae) at DTD when I get up the next day. Will there be buses then, or only to the Theme Parks? I'll be at ASMovies if that matters.

Since the shops at Village Marketplace and WestSide open at 9am, I would imagine that buses from the resorts will start running about 8:30 am to Downtown Disney.

There are buses in the morning. Disney won't open a collection of shops and not take people there to spend their money.

Buses to Downtown Disney start running between 8:30 to 9 am depends on what time Typhoon Lagoon opens. Also The West Side Bus Stop at Downtown Disney has been Closed until Further Notice due to Budjet Cuts.
