Hello:

We stayed at the dixie landings (port orleans) about 8 years ago in april. Every time that we attempted to go to a park or come home from a park, the buses were full, so dh and son would always politely give their seat to you know children and women. Which was very nice of them to do, and I don't think they minded.

I think I would rather drive to the parks if it is still the same way and leave room on the buses for others. Any comments.

Is it still like that. Thinking of dolphin buses, caribbean beach, and ank lodge.

Thanks,

Deb.

The buses are usually crowded when the parks open and then again when they close. All other times during the day they seem to be fine. Last week we were on a very crowded bus at 8:00am going to the Animal Kingdom. I think it's to be expected.

The more affordable the resort, the more crowded the buses are. If you'll stay at any of the AS or moderate resorts, count on dealing with that issue more often that if you stay at a deluxe.

actually the GF busses get crowded too because they stop at WL and Polynesian first.

When we staryed at AMu we rode the buses almost everyday for a week and we were on only one crowded bus at that was Epcot at closing. Every morning we rode the first bus to the EE park and were 4 of about 15 people in line every morning. The best example was the ride back after MSEP/Fireworks/ MK closing on a friday night. We wald by all the moderate buss stops and saw hundreds of people in line. We arrived at the stop for ASMu and walked right onto a bus that just pulled in (2 were pulling out). This was during peaktime (spring break) and the parks and resorts were packed.
