Buses at POFQ

Does anyone know what time the buses start running from POFQ to the parks? Is it an hour before the parks open?

Also, do all of the rooms at POFQ and POR have ceiling fans?

and I am not remembering what the hours of bus service is......I think we got on one bus for our Tours at MK before the crowds were there...and we got there early anyways

Buses will start running for Character Breakfasts 45 minutes prior to the first priority seating time.

Buses will start running for general theme park access one hour prior to opening, including Extra Magic Hour.
