Busch Gardens -- worth the trip?

Next month we are traveling by car from Mass to Florida (21+ hour trip) to visit Disneyland 5 days, Seaworld 1 day, and Universal 3 days. Is it worth the drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa (which is about 1 hour away -- I assume)? Or will I be THEME PARKED OUT!

Did I mention that I have 3 children (ages 2, 8, and 12) that I'm taking on this trip.

This trip is definately something we are Thankful for!

NOTE: We probably won't get the chance to do this again for another 3 to 5 years.

I was bored out of my skull at Busch Gardens when I was 10, FWIW. It'd rather stick to WDW and poss. Universal/IOA.

we looooved Busch Gardens! dd5 had a blast. She loved everything, except the fact that she was an inch too short to do one of the smaller rollercoasters. I guess it depends on the kids. I loved everything, the fact that I was in Florida and would never see anything like this in Maine probably helped quite a bit.
