Hi --

I've done a search, read past posts and know that we should hit roller coasters first. That's great for my DH and DS and I'll send them off in the right direction. However, my DD will not do the coaster thing so I was wondering if there was a touring plan for a non-coaster enthusiast. She loves animals -- loves AK, the safari ride there and the conservation station. I'd like to know what to hit first with her so we can avoid long lines later in the day. We're planning on touring BG on April 16 (a friday) and April 17 (a saturday with another family with younger kids). Thanks so much for your advice.

Hi. I'd recommend heading towards the Rhino Rally safari attraction fairly early in the day. It's fairly slow-loading and can get long lines as the day goes on. I don't think it opens at rope drop (maybe 15-30 minutes afterwards), but I would head in that direction. You can always stop at some of the animal habitats along the way there. If your DD is interested, the new Sesame Street Safari of Fun area is new and pretty popular as well, so hitting it early might not be a bad idea. You can take the train from Nairobi just a little ways down from the path from Rhino Rally and then get off at Stanleyville, the closest stop to Sesame Street. Hope that helps.
