I know about the Fun Pass, but have already bought one day e-tickets for our trip in February.
Does anyone know if Busch do the second day free promotion like they have at Seaworld?

No second day free at Busch. You can but a second day pass for $10 and some change though according to a sign a saw a few weeks ago at the park.

Have you thought about contacting them and asking if you could "upgrade" your ticket for the fun pass? If they say no, you are not out anything. Just thinking outloud here

If you paid full price for a 1-day admission, I would certainly contact them about the fun pass. If you got the discounted 1-day rate for advance purchase, it might not be as easy.
