Busch Gardens in December

I'm going to Busch Gardens on Dec 24th. Is it going to be really crowded? Do I have to get there as early as possible, like before it opens?

Okay, its a possibility that it could be crowded, I recommend going early morning Bout a half hour before park opening would be fine. If you go early it will be fine. I recommend taking a break between noon-2 p.m. I've learned that when crowds get the worst at Busch. But early morning and later afternoon are pleasant times to do touring And go early in the morning you beat us Florida residents, we always arrive noon or later haha!

And I say its a possibility because I've been on days where it should have been crowded and it wasn't. And I've been on days where you wouldn't think it would be busy and it was. I swear all of us passholders must have decided to all hope to Busch Gardens that day.

Hmmm that is a hard one to figure. The 24th is a Friday and I would imagine more locals might get/take off for a 3 day Christmas weekend. We have gone on Christmas Day and it was busy even in the morning.
I would and always do get there early because to do everything and see everything you cannot do the park in 1 day. We usually make BG as a day trip even though it means driving 3 hours before they open to get there and 3 hours home after they close.

They will close on Christmas Eve at 6PM;so I wouldn't take an afternoon break.
