I don't if this is the right forum the ask, but I didn't find any other forum either...:confused3

during our holiday we are spending some time in Tampa Area as well and I was wondering which one of the parks mentionned above we should visit.

My DD6 is about 47'' (120 cm) so she is not tall enough for the thrill rides in Busch Garden anyway.

Are the animal attractions in both parks very similar or is one of the parks better than another?

I really appreciate if somebody could help me.:flower3:

Busch Gardens is like going to Animal Kingdom as far as the animal interactions and exhibits. it's a theme park that began as a bird/animal park that evolved into thrill rides as well.

Lowry Park Zoo is just a zoo, but they do have a very nice kids section and some smaller rides as well. there's a manatee rescue hospital you can view and live alligator feedings. you can also feed giraffes, rhinos, and lorikeets. there are water areas for the kids to splash around in as well.

different experiences completely. but if it's more about the animals at that age and height, probably the zoo would be a better choice, and much less inexpensive.
