Bus upgrades??

I remember reading that in April the WDW bus fleet was being upgraded with a new transporation system (which is supposed to better distribute the buses where there are long lines for them) and that there was supposed to be a sound system with recordings or music installed in the buses.

Has this upgrade happened yet?

i hope it works but even if they know where the problem areas are they still need xtra buses and drivers to fix the problems.

actually, if what i understand is correct, the GPS tracking alone will be enough to fix a LOT of problems...
