bus time from POP

1. i think i read POP's transporation to the parks is direct so i'm assuming that we could leave about 45 minutes prior to when we want to arrive, right? (we're going in late jan-early feb.) ex. i'd like to be at the parks by regular opening, 9 a.m., so we should leave the POP by 8:15???
2. There are 2 occasions when i'll need to transfer...we have PS dinners at the Contemporary & at the Poly - i assume i'll take the bus to MK then the monorail to the resorts. For these trips, will an hour prior to the PS time be sufficient?

The bus trip to the MK was the longest and it averaged 20 mins. Other parks were like 10 minutes. It will of course depend on when bus leaves in the a.m. 45 mins would give you lots of time.

An hour to make your ps's should do it, but I'd probably give it an extra 15 mins or so. We were unfamiliar with the resorts so it took a few minutes to find where we had to go. If you are early you could always explore the resort.
