Bus Schedule?

Anybody know where I can a detailed bus schedule? Need to know when it arrives at ASMO, when it departs from MK for ASMo....and if I want to go directly to another resort...is there a schedule that shows that?

Also--does anybody know if the bus schedule changes from summer to winter? Planning an early Dec visit and wondering if we will have problems with waiting too long for buses, or full buses, like some of the other posters from their summer vacations mentioned.

There is no set schedule for the buses, generally they run about every 15 to 20 minutes. This generally does not change from season, when the parks are busy, the buses will run more frequently, and usually when the parks are closing the buses run more frequently to get the guests from the parks back to their resorts.
The buses can get crowded, and sometimes you can expect to have people standing. If you are getting ready to get on a bus where you might have to stand, let someone else get on and wait for the next one so you can sit.
On some occasions the Allstar resorts share buses, they stop at the allstar sports first then Music and the the Movies. When I was at the Music in June, each resort had its own bus leaving the parks when the parks were closing.
There are no buses to other resorts, if you want to visit another resort you must take transportation from a park to the resort, or take a cab from your resort if you are in a hurry.

There are just a a couple things I will add.

Bus rides are quite short from the ALL Stars according to PassPorter.com

All Star Buses-CBR buses---POPbuses--PO buses--- Contemporary
MK 20 min---- 20 min-----25 min------10 min---20 min(mono)
Epcot 10 min-- 15 min-----20 min------10 min---15 min
MGM 10 min----12 min-----15 min------15 min---20min
AK 10 min------20min-------15 min----15 min---20 min
DTD 15 min----20 min------20 min-----15 min---35 min

It only takes 10 minutes to get to Epcot,MGM and AK from All Stars.
MK is 20 min away. That's the same amount of time it takes on the monorail from the Contemporary.

A WORD ABOUT BUS SHARING:

It is usually just our stop and maybe one more on the way to the parks. On the way back sometimes its all 3 but often Sports and Music share and Movies has it's own bus back.

I guess some people who stay at POP see all 3 All Star names on the return sign of our bus stop when they head to the POP bus stop and think All Stars also has 3 stops on the way to the park.
(Even when we stop at another AS resort to load up it has not taken more than 5 minutes and we are on our way!)

Thanks to both of you for the info. I am feeling much better about skipping car rental and using Dis transportation.

Just one more question....where does the bus drop off and pick up at MK? Do we end up right at the front of the TTC where we pick up the ferry or monorail over? Or is there some other drop off spot?

Busses to the MK stop at the bus depot in front of the MK. There are no busees to/from the TTC anymore.

The buses to the Magic Kingdom drop you off at the terminal, which is right outside the MK entrance. Just a tip if you want to go to any park other than Epcot from the MK.....walk over to the Contemporary and take a bus from there to any other theme park, water park, or DTD. You can also monorail over to CR or any other MK resort and do the same.
The walk to the Contemporary is about ten minutes. You come up to the bus station at the CR as you approach the resort.
