Bus Schedule for Hilton Bonnet Creek

I'm thinking about staying at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for our October trip. We will not have a rental car this trip and am wondering how the transportation is to and from the parks?

Also is there any resort fee for this hotel?

The busses run regularly and share with The waldorf. We used them last summer and didn't have any problems.
