Bus or monorail

So staying at wilderness lodge which is better to get to the parks other than MK, boat to MK than monorail or buses? Just wondering what would be faster and which would be more enjoyable? Of course going to AK it’s only buses. Just wondering if it’s worth doing multiple types of transportation or if it’s to much hassle?

Bus from your resort to anywhere else. Boat to MK. If your going from MK to Epcot than monorail.

Faster? Probably just take the bus directly from WL to the other three parks. Boat to the MK.

More enjoyable? Boat to MK and then bus to DHS or AKL. Monorail to Epcot even though that will require a transfer at the TTC.

Why transfer at MK instead of taking the direct bus from your resort?

I'd bus it everywhere except MK, take the boat there. You could boat to MK then monorail to Epcot but that is a lot of transfers and possible waiting, but I'm not a huge fan of the monorail so might be biased.

Thanks for people taking the time to respond. Just wondered if it is that much of a hassle to do all the transfers just for a different transport option. I think the bus is probably the best option.

Honestly when we got to Epcot he do it the long way. We take the boat over to Contemporary and then take the monorail. We love arriving at Epcot via the monorail. It's just part of the fun. We take the bus back.

Unless I was staying on a Monorail resort. I take the bus only.

Bus...in almost all situations it's quicker to use the least amount of modes of transportation.
