Bus or Car?

We're opening up MK to ride Splash Mountain and then heading to Typhoon Lagoon - we are staying on property, should we use the buses, or drive our car for ease and less time? Anyone else done this before?

There is no good reason for anyone staying on Disney property to drive to the MK. You have to park at the TTC, possibly take the tram depending on how far out you park, and then take either the monorail or boat over to the MK. The Disney bus will leave you right at the entrance of the MK. You should be able to take a bus from the MK to Typhoon Lagoon. If not, you can go to any of the hotels in the area and take the bus from there. CR is a short walk or monorail ride from the MK. You can also catch a bus at the Poly or GF via a short monorail ride.

For me, one of the main advantages of staying on Disney property is to use their transportation service.

agreed with the above. Although the buses do make stops, a bus will be easier.
