Bus or Car to 'Ohana

We have ADR for 'Ohana at 8:10pm...staying at Pop. We will have our car, but was going to use buses for park trips since Pop has dedicated buses. Looking at some of the drive time vs. buses...overall it makes sense not to have the hassle of parking, shuttle, etc.

I am thinking for this ADR, it may make more sense to drive. If we rely on bus transportation, I understand that we will have to take bus from Pop to MK then take boat or monorail to Poly. This will be our free day to sleep in, water parks, mini golf, etc. so I wonder if driving would help maximize our time.

What would be the drive time vs. Disney transportation???

Thoughts? Suggestions?

We always take the bus to MK, then monorail to Ohana, but...that is for breakfast. I'd take a cab or drive for dinner. Wouldn't want to deal with end of the day park traffic on the boats and monorail.

I would just drive your car. That's what we do too. Bussing takes too long to get to other resorts.

When we had an early morning reservation, I spoke to a bus drive the night before and told them we needed to leave in the early morning. He told me exactly how to do it with the bus.
Don't talk to the hotel people. they gave me incorrect info. Go directly to a driver and they will help get you there in time!

Definitely drive, it should take 25-30 minutes vs 45-60 minutes with bus AND monorail. The connection wait time is always the deal breaker.

Head left out from POP and first right on Osceola Pkwy and follow signs for MK Resorts.
