Yes, the bus loop is still going for the BCV guests. You can also use the front desk for your DVC concerns, but they are recommending virtual checkins and using the messaging on your MyDE app for any issues.

BCV has their own checkin desk, although it hasn’t been manned much in the past. Perhaps now since the hotel portion is closed, They have people working it.
