Bus & Boat Times

I am trying to figure out about how much time to plan for riding on the buses and the boat. I know it varies by crowd size but was hoping some of you may have a pretty good idea of wait times etc. We will be there April 12th-17th. I started making reservations and fast pass selections and now am concerned about travel times. Namely the ones below.

Fort to Magic Kingdom(boat)
Fort to Animal Kingdom(Bus?)
Fort to Hollywood Studios(Bus?)
Fort to Downtown Disney(Bus?)
Animal Kingdom to Magic Kingdom(??)

This week depending on time of day I have made the boat trip with a 10 minute wait and about 14 minutes sail time. Tonight, the whole dock was loaded as was the big boat so the people at the back of the dock were going to wait maybe an hour to leave the fort. The other morning buses were the only option as it was all fogged in here. Will try to update later in the week to give you more information.

Thank you for the Boat information. So right now its ranging from 30mins to an hour or so by boat to get to MK depending on the wait time.
