Burt's Bee grab bags are back

Got my order this morning and did get the Beekeeper tin.

The grab bags were neat...I had to look up the Res-Q ointment, but after reading the reviews seems like a very handy product.

The free tin arrived with my order (along with my free lip balm sets) . I got everything yesterday.

One thing that I want to mention in case someone else has the same question that I did - when I received the confirmation of my order, it showed a $ total that was quite a bit higher than the one that showed when I placed the order.

I called Customer Service about this and they said that the emailed confirmation shows the "value" of the order, not what is actually charged to your credit card - it seemed a little odd to me, not something I have encountered before - but my Visa indicates that I have been charged the right amount so all is well.....

The gift packs are great - what an awesome value!

That's interesting...mine showed the total being charged to my card not the value of the order. As long as you are charged correctly that's all that matters right.

It shows it on the order, but not on the pick ticket that is enclosed.
The box says 1 of 1.
No note about a second box, shipping separately or a backorder.

I called but they are closed. I will have to call tomorrow.

I got one box today...it only had the other items I ordered (some lip balm sets) not the grab bag...it didn't say anything about a second box. However, when I checked my shipping confirmation email, it did show two boxes and the second one is supposed to arrive tomorrow.

I know. I guess I'll break these up and use them as stocking stuffers. I'm a Bath and Body Works kind of girl, and sort of thought this would be a granola-type version of that. I can't really give toothpaste as a gift, unfortunately.

they really seem to be pushing the toothpaste - all the coupons and deals are for toothpaste!!!!

anyway. thank yo all for this thread. I decided to give the grab bags a try. Got one of each to see what they are like.

planning on using them for stocking stuffers as well.

This exact thing happened with my order, which arrived Wednesday. I sent an email that evening and had a reply the next day. They are sending the second grab bag.

I also got mine and thought the products were really nice. I'll give my son the men's one intact, then break up the woman's (probably keep the toothpaste. THAT was an odd inclusion) The little tin with the balms is very cute and will be a nice stocking stuffer for daughter.

Thanks for the replies about the missing items.

I was really frustrated yesterday. On Thursday, I received the package. I immediately called, but it was after 5 and got a recording that said normal business hours were 8:30-4:30. I had a busy day but called about 9. The message then said 10-4:30. I made sure to call about 2. Another recording saying the same hours again. I saw another number on my form but it was a medical help line.


Today I checked my shipping email. It clearly says 1 box and it was delivered according to the tracking. (and it was).

I just emailed them. Hope to hear something soon.

I also think I am disappointed. Toothpaste? And I got conditioner but no shampoo? And then to add the problem with the missing bag, and no answer when you call there.

I like the men's bag but a little disappointed in the woman's. I think I will still give it to sis in law - toothpaste and all. Is that weird? I am not totally decided. Next year I think I will go back to bath and body.

I only ordered one bag, which I will split between my dd's stockings (my dd away at college will be fine with getting toothpaste! ) But that's why I was hesitant about buying the bags as gifts, not knowing what was inside, and also the offer page said something about the items might be scratched? Mine were fine though.
I also bought a couple of lip balm sets which my girls like very much!

Eek! I'm a little worried hearing that some of the packages are missing things when they arrive. I had mine sent to my parents' timeshare. They're arriving next Saturday, so I'll have my mom check it out then. I hope I won't have any trouble getting the rest sent within the two weeks that they're down there.
