I want to make Burritos for dinner tonight. I was planning on making Black Bean burritos with a recipe that I found on allrecipes.com. I was thinking of adding some ground beef to it since I have some cooked already that needs to be used. Now that I think about it more, I am wondering if that's a good idea? I don't know why not but I wonder if it will screw with the flavor too much.

I don't really care for beans but that's ok, DH loves them.

I was going to make homemade refried beans and cornbread to go with it. Is that going to be too much beans? Should I just make rice instead?

Thanks!!! :-)

Is the beef flavored with anything? If it's just something like garlic and onion I would go ahead and add it.

I would make the rice instead of refried beans.

I would make the rice instead of refried beans.

It was browned with onions and I'll reheat it with garlic and peppers and stuff. I think i will do the rice instead, easier than the refried beans too!

I would go ahead and add the beef, and make rice as well, since I think refried beans with bean burritos would be too much.

So what time is dinner? I can bring beer.

Dinner is at 7:30pm, I'll PM directions and unless you want the beer we are good. If you could grab some margarita mix though, that would be great!
